Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Dip each zucchini slice in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
