Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each artichoke heart in eggs, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated artichoke hearts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
