- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and brown the chicken on both sides.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and stir until well combined, then season with salt and pepper.
- Once the chicken is cooked, pour the garlic sauce over the top.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
