- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the zucchini into fry-sized sticks.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the minced garlic.
- In another bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dip the zucchini sticks into the egg mixture, then coat them with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes of baking.
