- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice zucchinis into fry shapes.
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each zucchini fry into the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can double dip the fries in the egg and breadcrumb mixture.
- You can also use different seasonings as per your taste.
