Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into fry-sized pieces.
  3. In one bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Dip the zucchini fries in the egg and then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.
