- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add vegetable oil and mix until crumbly.
- Gradually add water to form a dough. Knead until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into circles.
- In a bowl, mix cheese, pepperoni, bell pepper, and pizza sauce.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each dough circle. Fold and seal the edges.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the samosas until golden brown.
- Serve hot with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For an extra crunch, brush the samosas with egg wash before frying.
- You can customize the filling with your favorite pizza toppings.
