Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them in a bowl.
- Mix in the cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Form the mixture into balls and roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add minced garlic until fragrant.
- Drizzle the garlic butter over the crispy bombs before serving.
