- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 12 wonton wrappers
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wonton wrappers until golden brown and crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, cucumber, avocado, mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each crispy wonton cone with the shrimp salad mixture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For added crunch, you can sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
