  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 quart vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Begin by draining the dill pickles and patting them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, diced turkey bacon, and chicken ham until well combined.
  3. Stuff each pickle with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  4. Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a third.
  5. Dredge each stuffed pickle in flour, dip it in the egg, and then coat it with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the pickles in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  8. Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
