Ingredients
Scale
- 1 jar dill pickles
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 quart vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Begin by draining the dill pickles and patting them dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, diced turkey bacon, and chicken ham until well combined.
- Stuff each pickle with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
- Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a third.
- Dredge each stuffed pickle in flour, dip it in the egg, and then coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the pickles in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite spices to the breadcrumb mixture for extra flavor.
- Make sure the oil is hot enough before adding pickles to avoid sogginess.
