Instructions
- Place the beef, broth, soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in the Crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until beef is tender.
- Add mushrooms and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
- Mix in the sour cream with the beef mixture.
- Serve over the cooked egg noodles.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the beef overnight with Worcestershire sauce.
- Feel free to add vegetables like carrots or peas.
