- 2 pounds beef tenderloin
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and chopped rosemary.
- Place the beef tenderloin in the Crockpot and pour the mixture over it.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Once cooked, remove the beef from the Crockpot and let it rest before slicing.
- Serve with the sauce drizzled on top.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the beef in the sauce overnight before cooking.
- This recipe pairs well with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
