- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces pasta shells
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Transfer the beef to the crockpot and add pasta, ranch seasoning, beef broth, milk, and diced tomatoes.
- Mix well, cover, and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, stir in the cheese until melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, add sautéed onions and bell peppers.
