- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour the sauce over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir the sauce.
- Serve over rice or with your favorite side dish.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce overnight before cooking.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
