			- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with olive oil and rub the spice mixture all over the chicken.
- Add the baby potatoes to the bottom of the crockpot.
- Place the chicken on top of the potatoes.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
