- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces pasta of choice
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour chicken broth over them.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the cream mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- 30 minutes before serving, add the pasta into the crockpot with enough water to cook it properly.
- Once pasta is cooked, shred the chicken and mix everything together.
Notes
- For added flavor, sauté the garlic before adding it to the sauce.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the crockpot.
