Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour chicken broth over them.
  2. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. 30 minutes before serving, add the pasta into the crockpot with enough water to cook it properly.
  6. Once pasta is cooked, shred the chicken and mix everything together.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sauté the garlic before adding it to the sauce.
