- 2 pounds steak, cut into cubes
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a large Crockpot, add the cubed steak and diced potatoes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Pour the mixture over the steak and potatoes in the Crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the steak and potatoes are tender.
- Once cooked, stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
- Serve topped with sour cream and chopped green onions.
Notes
- Feel free to add additional vegetables such as carrots or bell peppers for extra flavor.
- This dish pairs well with a side salad for a complete meal.
