- 2 pounds steak, cubed
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the cubed steak and ranch dressing mix.
- Layer half of the diced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the steak mixture on top of the potatoes.
- Layer the remaining potatoes over the steak.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
- In the last 30 minutes, add the shredded cheese and sour cream on top.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
- For a spicier kick, add some jalapeños.
