Ingredients

  • 2 pounds steak, cubed
  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cubed steak and ranch dressing mix.
  2. Layer half of the diced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Add the steak mixture on top of the potatoes.
  4. Layer the remaining potatoes over the steak.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the top.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
  7. In the last 30 minutes, add the shredded cheese and sour cream on top.
