- 2 pounds flank steak
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place the diced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Season the flank steak with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then place it on top of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the steak.
- Pour beef broth into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover for 10 minutes until melted.

- For added flavor, consider including diced onions or bell peppers.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
