  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Place the diced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Season the flank steak with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then place it on top of the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the steak.
  4. Pour beef broth into the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover for 10 minutes until melted.
