  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak into strips.
  2. Chop the bell peppers and onion.
  3. In a crockpot, combine the steak, vegetables, and garlic.
  4. Mix the beef broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper in a bowl.
  5. Pour the mixture over the meat and vegetables in the crockpot.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. After cooking, stir well and serve with rice or noodles.
