- 2 pounds flank steak
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Slice the flank steak into strips.
- Chop the bell peppers and onion.
- In a crockpot, combine the steak, vegetables, and garlic.
- Mix the beef broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the meat and vegetables in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- After cooking, stir well and serve with rice or noodles.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak in soy sauce overnight.
