- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chopped nuts, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly with the back of the spoon.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add vanilla extract or other spices like nutmeg.
- Feel free to substitute with your favorite seeds or nuts!
