Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chopped nuts, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  3. If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly with the back of the spoon.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
