- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, chicken, green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, and garlic.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until everything is well combined.
- Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
Notes
- This slaw can be made a few hours ahead of time, just keep it refrigerated until serving.
- For added crunch, consider adding chopped nuts or more sesame seeds.
