- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and then add milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

- Serve warm or at room temperature.
