Crustless Tomato Basil Mozzarella Quiche Made Easy and Delicious

A delicious and easy-to-make crustless quiche featuring fresh tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and then add milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until set.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
