Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, cheese, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Squeeze the moisture from the zucchini mix and combine it with the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
