- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle dark chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and shredded coconut on top.
- Drizzle with vanilla extract.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding chopped nuts.
- These bars can also be served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side.
