Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the chocolate croissants into halves and place them in a baking dish.
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it over the croissants.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cheese, vanilla, sugar, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and bacon.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra richness, add a layer of Nutella between croissant slices.
- This dish works well with leftover croissants.
