- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 3 Twix bars, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until fully combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and top with whipped cream and chopped Twix bars.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate Oreos for the crust.
- Allow the cheesecake to set overnight for the best texture.
