- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup chopped asparagus
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a pie dish with the pie crust.
- In a bowl, combine the ham, asparagus, and turkey bacon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the ham and asparagus mixture in the pie crust.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- This quiche can be made ahead of time and reheated.
- Feel free to substitute other vegetables or meats as desired.
