- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cupcake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the egg and mix until combined.
- Fold in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese.
- Scoop the mixture into the greased cupcake pan.
- Top each cupcake with a spoonful of marinara sauce.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
