Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt.
- Add mozzarella cheese and turkey bacon to the dry ingredients, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
- Top with a spoonful of pizza sauce and a sprinkle of black pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
