- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in sliced strawberries.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and put a tablespoon of the cheesecake mixture in the center.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold, and seal tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wontons until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
