- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in pepperoni, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture into the pie crust and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a spicier flavor, add red pepper flakes.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
