  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in pepperoni, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the mixture into the pie crust and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
