Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Rub the mixture onto both sides of the beef chops.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the beef chops for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.

- Best served with a side of vegetables or mashed potatoes.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
