- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 2 cups tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onions until browned.
- Add the chopped cabbage and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the cabbage mixture in a baking dish, sprinkle with half of the cheese, then repeat the layers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

- For an extra kick, add your favorite hot sauce or spices.
- This recipe can be made ahead of time and reheated.
