- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the cooled macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, celery, red bell pepper, and green onions to the bowl.
- Mix until everything is well coated with the dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For a healthier option, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn.
