Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop the vegetables and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
  4. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until tender.
  5. Spread hummus on the whole wheat wrap.
  6. Layer roasted veggies on top of the hummus.

  8. Wrap tightly, slice in half, and serve.
