Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 200 grams turkey bacon, chopped
- 200 grams chicken ham, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add warm water and olive oil. Knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pan, sauté turkey bacon and chicken ham until cooked through.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into squares.
- Place the filling in the center, add feta, and fold the dough over to seal.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm with a side of yogurt.
- Can be made ahead of time and reheated.
