Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooled macaroni, chopped eggs, turkey bacon, and green onions to the bowl; mix well to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
