- 12 large eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and cool them in cold water.
- Peel the eggs and slice each in half, removing the yolks.
- In a bowl, mix the yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and chives until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Arrange the eggs on a platter with the meats, cheeses, and vegetables.
- Garnish the platter with additional chives if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier flavor, add hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
- Use herbs like dill or parsley for different flavor profiles.
