Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and cool them in cold water.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice each in half, removing the yolks.
  3. In a bowl, mix the yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and chives until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Arrange the eggs on a platter with the meats, cheeses, and vegetables.
  6. Garnish the platter with additional chives if desired.
