- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, dill pickles, green onions, garlic powder, and dill weed.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- If desired, roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts before serving.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some chopped jalapeños.
- This cheese ball can be made a day in advance for easier preparation.
