  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, shredded mozzarella, crumbled turkey bacon, diced dill pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces. Flatten each piece to create a small round.
  4. Place a spoonful of the turkey mixture in the center of each piece of dough.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Place the bombs seam side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
