- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, shredded mozzarella, crumbled turkey bacon, diced dill pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces. Flatten each piece to create a small round.
- Place a spoonful of the turkey mixture in the center of each piece of dough.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add a touch of hot sauce to the filling.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
