- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice, chicken, French onion soup, chopped dill pickles, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and reheated.
- For an extra crunch, top with crushed crackers before baking.
