- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup dill pickles, sliced
- 6 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 6 ounces chicken ham, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and ranch dressing mix until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer the sliced dill pickles, turkey bacon, and chicken ham on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
- Slice into pinwheels and serve.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the filling.
- These pinwheels can be made a day ahead for convenience.
