Ingredients

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups diced dill pickles
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cream
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until translucent.
- Add the chopped turkey bacon and chicken ham, cooking until browned.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the diced dill pickles, bay leaf, dill weed, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the bay leaf, then stir in the cream. Heat through before serving.
Notes
- This soup can be garnished with additional dill and cracked black pepper.
- For a thicker consistency, blend a portion of the soup and mix it back in.
