Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, dill pickles, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Lay two slices of bread, butter-side down, on a hot skillet.
  4. Evenly distribute the tuna mixture over the bread in the skillet.
  5. Top with the remaining slices of bread, butter-side up.
  6. Cook until golden brown on each side and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
