- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic, and sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the rice, beef broth, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes, or until rice is cooked.
- Fluff with a fork and serve warm.

- For added spice, consider using hot sauce when serving.
