- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 ounces) dulce de leche
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and dulce de leche until smooth, then add eggs, vanilla, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- For best results, refrigerate the bars for a few hours before serving.
- These bars can be topped with additional dulce de leche or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
