Ingredients

- 200 grams udon noodles
- 150 grams mixed vegetables (bell pepper, carrot, and snap peas)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook udon noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and mixed vegetables; sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked udon noodles to the skillet and pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Toss everything together and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- For extra protein, add tofu or chicken.
- Feel free to use any vegetables you have on hand.
