Instructions

  1. Cook udon noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and mixed vegetables; sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add cooked udon noodles to the skillet and pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  5. Toss everything together and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
