- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
- For each noodle, spread the seafood mixture and roll up tightly.
- Place the roll-ups in the baking dish seam-side down.
- Top with remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the mixture.
- You can use homemade or store-bought Alfredo sauce.
