- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup mixed vegetables, frozen
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the uncooked egg noodles and mixed vegetables, then stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the noodles are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- For a creamier casserole, add a splash of milk.
- You can substitute turkey for chicken if preferred.
